With a $500 Billion Combined GDP and over 45 million people, the Caribbean is not a small market – and it has the scale to function as a far more coordinated economic system than it does today.
Across the region, critical systems operate through disconnected workflows, fragmented datasets, manual processes, and institutional silos. Payments move too slowly. Trade faces unnecessary friction. Valuable data exists but remains difficult to unify and operationalize. This Buildathon exists to help change that.
Using open-source AI frameworks like OpenClaw and other next-generation AI coordination tools, teams will build real operational systems for finance, logistics, energy, climate resilience, healthcare, tourism, and ocean systems.
The goal is not AI demos. It is practical coordination infrastructure designed for deployment in real-world economies.
